ANNOUNCEMENT We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the Cyprus Stock Exchange Laws, the Board of Directors of ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD will meet at the Company's headquarters on Thursday, 12 November 2015, at 9.30 a.m., to examine and approve the contents of the Group's Interim Management Report, to be prepared and published under Article 11 of the Transparency Requirements (Securities admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law of 2007.
