T. Lysimahou resigned from BoD
ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD announces that Mr. Triantafyllos Lysimahou has resigned from his position as member of the Company's Board of Directors further to his withdrawal from Bank of Piraeus S.A.
The relevant form of Article 135(2) of Law 14(I) of 1993 is attached hereto.
The Management would like to express its warmest wishes to Mr. Triantafyllos Lysimahou for his valuable services during his term on the Company's board.
