Atlantic: Establishment of Risk Management Committee
The Board of Directors of Atlantic Insurance Company Public Ltd, at a meeting held on Thursday, June 5, 2014, at 11.00 am at the Company’s Head Office, decided to establish a Risk Management Committee.
The Board of Directors, realizing the importance of the effective risk management, decided to introduce a Risk and Reserving Committee, which will supervise the risk management system so as to secure its effectiveness. The Committee will also determine the Company’s stance in the undertaking of risks and the risk tolerances and ill approve the main strategies and risk management policies.
The composition of the Committee is:
-Emilios Pirishis (Chairman, CEO)
-Triantafyllos Lysimachou (Non-Executive Director)
-Charalambos Alexandrou (Non-Executive Director)
