The notices of the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company are hereby attached. The notices will not be sent to the shareholders but will be announced through the Company's website and published in a daily newspaper in accordance with paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of article 128 of the Basic Companies Act.
