| ANNOUNCEMENT Pursuant to the provisions of the CSE Laws and Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD will meet at the Company's Head Offices on Thursday, 21 April 2016 at 9.30 a.m. to examine and approve, inter alia, the Annual Report and the Audited Financial Statements of the Group and the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2015 and set the date for the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders. |
