Six-month results 2023
At its meeting of 28 September 2023, the Board of Directors of ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD studied and approved the Group's unaudited interim consolidated financial results for the first six months of 2023. The interim condensed consolidated financial statements, which include the Interim Management Report on pages 3-5, are attached herewith.
The Group's unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements will not be sent to the shareholders, but the profit and loss account, together with the Interim Management Report, will be published in 'Politis' newspaper on 3 October 2023. Copies of the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements will be available to the public on the website atlantic.com.cy and at the Group's head offices, 15 Esperidon str., 2001 Strovolos, P.O.Box 24579, free of charge.
