The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the issued share capital of Atlantic Insurance Company Public Ltd, which amounted to €13.297.030 divided into 39.108.912 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.34, has been reduced to €13.240.848.14 divided into 38.943.671 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.34, by virtue of a court order due to cancellation of 165.241 shares held by the company.

This change will come to effect as of Friday, 27 September 2019.
