Nicosia, 9 April 2019 ANNOUNCEMENT Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law and Regulations, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD will meet at the Company's head offices on Friday, 19 April 2019, at 10.00 a.m., to exmine and approve, inter alia, the Annual Report and the Audited Financial Statements of the Group and the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 and set the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders.
