Atlantic Insurance Company Public Ltd wishes to inform investors that, at this stage and based on the data to date, the Company's insurance activities have not been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Any prolonged spread of COVID-19 that will affect the wider economy of our country, is likely to have a negative impact on the Company's turnover. At this stage, it is not possible to determine the possibility and/or extent of such impact.

However, the spread of COVID-19 had a particularly negative impact on the Company's investment portfolio as a result of the significant decline in international markets.

The Company takes all necessary protective measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and safeguard public health as well as protect its staff, customers and associates.

The Company closely monitors developments to ensure the smooth operation of its business and takes all appropriate measures to limit the negative impact of the COVI-19 spread. The Company will inform investors accordingly if and when significant changes emerge.
