Highly respected insurance professional both within Cyprus and abroad. His multifarious experience spans the whole continuum of the insurance profession. He has been a member of Atlantic’s Board of Directors since 1987 and its CEO since 1995. Under his leadership, the company made great strides towards becoming one of Cyprus’ most successful and highly regarded insurance companies. He holds a BSc in Management Science (First Class Honours) from the London School of Economics and an ACII from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).
Mr. Andreas Frangoullis is rightfully considered as one of the true insurance pioneers of Cyprus, boasting a total of 50 years’ commitment to the industry. His name, along with that of late Zenios Pyrishis, is inextricably linked to ATLANTIC INSURANCE, having worked together in insurance since 1971. As second in the hierarchy of the company, he heads the Sales and Claims Departments. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for many years.
Mr. Loukis Ioannou holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance (First Class honours) from the University of Manchester. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT). He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. He worked for 8 years with the audit firm KPMG in the UK and Cyprus. He has extensive professional experience in financial management having served for many years as a business and financial consultant as well as a CFO of various publicly listed companies. He is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Atlantic Insurance since 2008 and an executive member of the Board of Directors since 2017. He is also a member of the Board of Atlantic Securities since 2001.
Highly qualified insurance professional, holding a BA in Management and Accounting, MSc in Finance and Investment from Essex University and an ACII from the Chartered Insurance Institute (United Kingdom). Possesses nine years of solid experience in a range of insurance matters and currently heading Atlantic’s Marketing Department.
He holds a BSc in Shipping Studies from the University of Piraeus, majoring in Finance. He holds a Diploma in Technical Analysis from the Greek Society of Technical Analysis and a Diploma in Insurance Studies from the Insurance Institute of Cyprus. He is also certified as a Solutions Associate of MCSA SQL Server 2012 by Microsoft. In the past he worked in shipping industry and he held various managerial positions in betting industry. Ηe has undertaken the position of Executive Assistant to the Chairman of Atlantic Insurance since 2010.
Accomplished Banking and Finance professional with extensive Human Resources Management experience, including training and development. A Business graduate of the University of New Brunswick, Canada and a Chartered Associate of the Institute of Financial Services, London. Also holds a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management and Organizational Analysis from the University of Athens. Major milestones in his career were a CEO position for a large Cooperative Credit Institution, becoming Training and Development Manager for a major local bank and being the Personnel Manager of Atlantic Insurance.
