ANNOUNCEMENT ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD announces that Mr. Marios Savvides has resigned from his position as deputy director of the Company in view of his retirement from Astrobank Ltd. Please find attached the relevant form of Article 135(2) of Law no. 14(I) of 1993.
