Nicosia, 7 September 2020 ANNOUNCEMENT ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD announces that on 4 September 2020 the Company's Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Menikos Messios as new independent non-executive member of the Company's Board. Mr. Messios has many years of experience in finance, business administration and risk management. Mr. Messios was the General Manager of Piraeus Bank (Cyprus) Ltd and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of JCC Payment Systems Ltd.
